Nowadays, manufacturing corporations have to be ready for the challenges and competitions in the market because of the development of technology. An advanced manufacturing management technique becomes an indispensable factor which boosts the competitiveness of the corporation. JIT (Just In Time) is generated from the manufacturing method, which was used in the Honda Corporation in Japan, and grew into an advanced manufacturing management technique subsequently. The adoption of JIT theory becomes one of the key steps leading to success as a result of the advantages of the application of JIT, such as reducing consumption, increase of efficiency and so on.The paper is discussed about the productive logistics management system of RATO Power Factory, which concludes all parts in the logistics procedure. Considering the current production situation, the system is designed based on JIT theory and developed with .NET architecture. The paper is discussed according to the following sections: The first part of this article gives an over view of the research on the main idea and technique system of JIT theory. In order to educe the topic this paper talks about, first demonstrate method and tactics how to implement JIT in middle-size or small-size enterprise combined with examples. Then discussed the two productive logistics management: the pull production and the push production, and introduced the specific pull production based on the delivery BOM which is more practical. In the second part, analyze the productive logistics management system of RATO Power plant which includes the analysis of the production status and the technique that implement JIT in the plant. Then design the whole management system, which includes the design of system architecture, data structure and UI interface. At last, demonstrate the related software used while developing the system, such as .NET platform, B/S architecture, database technique and so on. Then illustrate the realization of some main modules in the aspects of data access method, service logic and UI interface. In the end, demonstrate the application effect of the proactive logistics system according to the user feedback.
