With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and information technology,informatization has become an important way for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Workshop is the first level production management organization in manufacturing enterprises,and the informatization of the workshop is the cornerstone of the overall informatization of the enterprise.During the manufacturing process,the physical flow of raw materials,work-in-process,and finished products in the workshop is generally called production logistics.Due to the flexible and changeable process routes of the manufacturing industry and the complicated production process,how to effectively and accurately control the production and logistics process of the workshop through information technology has become the research focus.This thesis designs and implements a production logistics management and control system.The specific work is as follows:(1)On the basis of field research,the workshop production process is analyzed in detail,and the system requirements analysis is completed.(2)In view of the confusion of workshop resource management,a unified standardized management is established for workshop resources.Meanwhile,the system supports users to organize workshop resource according to the specifications,and the organization results can be visualized in the form of 2D layout.(3)In order to reduce the error rate and improve the efficiency,RFID(radio frequency identification)technology is introduced to design and implement the logistics data collection scheme based on C / S(client / server)architecture.The key problems to be solved in this scheme are as follows: firstly,for the incompatibility of RFID devices,the reader adaptation class is designed;secondly,two original data processing algorithms are designed;thirdly,the data transmission between the client and the server is realized.(4)Based on the above work,the transfer task management and control is realized.The system can automatically generate and dispatch transfer task,and can automatically judge the execution result of the transfer task.When the transfer task is executed incorrectly,the system will send an error warning to the transfer personnel.
