| In recent years,with the in-depth development of "Made in China 2025" plan,China’s industrial circulation field has set off a wave of transformation with the core goal of improving enterprise digitalization and intelligence,one of the core and key elements of which is the realization of intelligent logistics system.In this context,the traditional assembly line production can no longer meet the needs of enterprises and consumers,and the automated production line has become the inevitable choice for enterprises.For the production and processing stage of the logistics system,its existence can make the field of material management more efficient,material handling more automated and intelligent,logistics costs greatly reduced,and optimize the internal logistics process of enterprises.How to reasonably carry out the planning and design of the logistics system in the field,so that the logistics system is more adapted to the needs of enterprises and more targeted to meet the requirements is one of the hot spots of research.In the development of logistics systems to automation and intelligence,automated warehousing systems are widely used and are gradually replacing manual operations.The automated storage system can make full use of the vertical space in the warehouse,thus replacing the traditional floor stacking method and improving the storage capacity per unit area;at the same time with automated storage and handling equipment,improving the operational efficiency of logistics links.After research and analysis,the current logistics system needs of narrower warehouses,lower available height and heavier materials lack systems and facilities that can meet the requirements,in this regard,this paper proposes and researches a new push-pull type omnidirectional driving AGV logistics system,providing new ideas for theoretical research of production logistics systems and improving existing handling equipment.First of all,this paper researches an AGV equipment,on the basis of side fork AGV,with reference to its side pick and place material characteristics,change the plate fork lift for push-pull shift mode,can not need to increase the weight of the vehicle body with counterweight,thus realize the vehicle body lightweight,at the same time load capacity increased;its steering drive using four Mc Namee wheel drive mode,with laser guidance mode,the real sense to achieve in narrow aisle The research of omnidirectional driving AGV which can work in narrow aisles.Based on the above-mentioned equipment,a new push-pull type omnidirectional driving AGV logistics system is designed,which can be used with fixed shelves and unpowered roller conveyor on the shelves for operation;it can also be used with the stackable combination of frame bar equipment for operation,forming easy to handle,highly flexible unit materials,realizing the characteristics of all equipment in the system with a high degree of flexibility,greatly reducing the logistics system due to changes in demand or changes in logistics flow in the warehouse.The cost of repeated construction of logistics system due to changes in demand or logistics flow is greatly reduced.On this basis,the distributed task allocation method and path planning method are adopted to make the whole system highly integrated.Finally,the designed new push-pull type omnidirectional driving AGV logistics system is applied to the storage scenario of enterprise A.The application of this system in practice is realized,and the scheme planning of a storage system of this enterprise is completed.The result proves that the system can better meet the demand,and can improve the utilization of space in the warehouse,the efficiency and flexibility of the logistics system compared with the traditional method,and moreover verifies the feasibility of the new push-pull type omnidirectional driving AGV logistics system. |
