In recent years, with the rapidly development of China’s economic, China’s automobile industry has got a lot of development opportunities. The automobile industry has played a very important role in the construction of China’s national economy. In the21st century, China has become the world’s first nation of car sales when overtook the United States and Japan. Automobile manufacturing is at the basis status of the entire automotive industry chain, which played a very important role in the automobile industry chain.However,there are still some problems in China’s automotive industry which leading the result that the automotive industry of China don’t have the same competitiveness in the international market compared with the auto production and sales. Of which a large part of the reason is that there are still a lot of problems in the process of vehicle manufacturing in the automobile manufacturer. The production management methods in China’s automotive industry are gradually formed by the way of copying from abroad, which leading to the result that the various nodes of the automobile industry chain do not a good combination. Especially for automobile manufacturing plant, how to effectively control the supply of materials needed for its production is the only way to improve its production efficiency and reduce production costs and this is an urgent need to solve the problem for the car manufacturer.This paper mainly studies the following aspects. Firstly the present situation of the warehouse management of supply chain collaboration and Pull Production were analyzed. Then summed up the characteristics and inadequate of the production management and warehouse management for the present automotive industry. Then designed a new way to management the entire production the workshop,warehouse and the logistics supplier warehouse by Kanban system. Then analyzed the background of the factory and the related business needs such as the several billboards, the material receipt warehousing, the inventory management,the maintenance of basic data and the user rights management.Then did the detailed design of the system in the following areas:the design goals of the system,the user roles settings and user rights assignment, the system integration,the overall solution of the system,the design of the database and the design of system function. And finally completed the development and implementation of the system.With the application of the pulling system of production logistics in the GL vehicle automobile factory,the needs of fast and accurate delivery requirements of its suppliers and its own warehouse are solved,and increase the utilization of their warehouse as well, with the use of Kanban production,the supply speed and accuracy between the workshop and the warehouse has been greatly improved which lead to the greatly reducing of the waste materials and played a significant role on control its production costs.
