With the deepening of enterprise information and the popularization of e-commerce, enterprises have the ability to have their own customer data completely. At the same time as the increasing pressure of market competition, the one who owns customers can get the market. In this context, Gartner Group in 1997 put forward the concept of CRM. The so-called customer relationship management is: to provide a full range of enterprise management perspective, give enterprise customers better communication skills and maximize the customer's yield. CRM system goal is to provide a more rapid and thoughtful services to attract and keep more customers, and to reduce business cost by managing all the business processes.This thesis first introduces the theory of CRM and related technology of system development, including JSP, Ajax, database and so on. In light of the current situation and the development trend of Hunan Friendship Consultancy Group, considering the transplantation and robustness of the system, we adopt the developing framework of MVC and put forward a suitable Operation-CRM system solution for Hunan Friendship Consultancy Group.On the basis of the Operation-CRM system solution, combining with the specific requirements, the system is developed with a B/S model. The system observably improved the status of customer management of Hunan Friendship Consultancy Group. And the system itself has great flexibility and expansibility.Finally, some issues to be resolved in the next stage are put forward.
