Along with the innovation in electrical system, the separation between factories and power network, and the opening bides in power network appeared in china, the electrical system market has undergone a drastic competition during these years. Pursuing the maximum profit has been become the maininternal motivity for investments.It require that power plant must apply information technology to realize the highly automation in the production and highly modernization in the management,to achieve the purpose of"staff efficiency".With the same time,electric power lacks is occurred high frequency.It made power plant optimize the resource and advance the production efficiency more urgent.So to construct high efficiency information integrated system is needed and to make the power plant unit optimization running will archive the purpose of"lowering energy consumption",it plays an important role in strategies development for a corporation.But integration of IT system in the power plant refers to lots of Heterogeneous Data Source and the needs of real-time information search in different degrees, which require the higher requests for information integration. These problems are great chanllenge and higher requests for us.This topic summarizing the characteristics and sutible positions for various integration technoloy and provide the technical destination for information integration of the electrical factory. That means different technical solutions should be adopted at the different stage, first easy then difficult and improved gradually in order to reduce the established risks of system and save the investment costs; Give the solution for the information integration platform aims at the questions about Heterogeneous Data Source of the information system integration of the electrical factory. The solution is based on Service Oriented Architecture, combined Enterprise Information Integration (EII) technique with other information integration techniques, the solution provides a global, consistent, real time information view of plant information, which is gathered from wide data sources and can be accessed by multi methods; Making the designing for solution of the information integration of productive system aims at the core aspect of the IT system of electrical factory. Bring up using real time database to satisfy transaction timing constraint requirement.Design three kinds of Realtime Level Correspond Channel of plant Information Integration Platform to satisfy the different requirements of real-time responses.Realize this solution through puting it into the project of Guo Dian Chang Zhou Plant participated by the author. The solution of Architecture of System Design,Topological Architecture Design,DCS(Distributed Control System) Data Collection Design of productive system are also be offerd and the productive system has be implemented in the Guo Dian Chang Zhou Plant project, the effective has been improved largely.There is no whole information intergration mature model for plant IT system at home and abroad. The creative contents of this topic lies in combining the existing information intergation Technology, research on the whole information intergation related theories for plant IT system.Form to fit the characteristic of plant, and has the catholicity for intergration model.The productive system (part of plant IT system) has be implemented in the Guo Dian Chang Zhou Plant project.Guo Dian Chang Zhou Plant project was listed as demonstration project by China GuoDian(Group)Corporation.The design of plant IT system also become the sample project expands and carries out in GuoDian Tong Ling and GuoDian Tai Zhou plant project.
