The information construction of enterprises is the most effective approach of enhancing the efficiency of continuous process industry. And information integration is the key technology of the information construction. At the same time, fault diagnosis is also the technology emphasis of information construction of enterprises. The technology of fault diagnosis based on artificial intelligence and B/S mode long distance fault diagnoses developed a new field for the research of fault diagnosis.At first, the thesis totally introduces the information construction of flow industry in introduction. In chapter 2 and 3, the thesis introduces Web database technology based on B/S mode and the technology of long-distance watch and fault diagnosis, which give a research and summary of the relative technology of the enterprises' information construction. Then in Chapter 4 and 6,it gives two detailed examples that the author have participated in the developing work. In chapter 5, it introduces an example of intelligent fault diagnosis, finally, it summarizes all the paper.In the introduction, author especially introduces the Uniformance information management system solution and Intemor real-time online fault diagnoses system, which provide the knowledge preparation for chapter 4 and 6, in which the YPC real-time information system based on Uniformance platform and Refinery online fault diagnosis and accident prediction based on intemor platform will be introduced in detail.In chapter 2, there is a particular introduction of database accessing technology in factory information network and a summary of B/S mode.In chapter 3, the author introduces the methods of fault diagnosis and discusses intelligent fault diagnosis technology and the basic frame of fault diagnosis expert system in B/S mode. It also gives key technology of distant fault diagnoses.In chapter 4, based on the introduction about framework of YPC Real-time Information system, the paper introduces the structure of system, the design of flow charts, report forms and trend charts and the storage of historical data, then it introduces the design and integration of web pages.In chapter 5, the author construct a fault diagnosis model with ANN by an experiment on the rotor test-bed, which is an ANN application of fault diagnoses of tail-wagging mechanism system. It is a precise NN by validation.In chapter 6, based on Intemor platform, the author uses the data from PHD, which is introduced in chapter 4, presents refinery on-line fault diagnosis and accident prediction system, emphasizing on the collection of real-time and the construction of knowledge base.In final chapter, the author sums up the full paper and the technique fruit of the two items and an experiment.
