China has joined in WTO formally, it will be the center of manufacturing in the Asia-Pacific region. As large foreign investment flow over into China, the impact has to the local enterprises. How to enhance economic benefit? How to improve management skill and make the management to being modern? How to promote the enterprise adaptability and provide the good service? How to narrow the gap of management, production efficiency and marketing competence with foreign enterprise? Chinese enterprise must envisage these impending problems, so the enterprise informatization construction and the revolution are the basic and fundamental revolution for China enterprises. ERP provides the best scheme for the enterprise informatization integration. It manages the enterprise by centralizing the logistic, capital flow and information flow; It balances comprehensively and calculates plentifully the enterprise's sources: human resources, funds, materials, equipment, technique of production, information, time etc. it can maximize the usage of enterprise's materials, in order to obtain the better economic benefit; It manages human, funds, materials, production, supply and marketing and all relative work in a sciential and effective way.This thesis mainly discusses the theory on the basis of ERP and the method on Software Engineering. It is according to the character of software lifecycle and the actual requirement for internal enterprises. It uses UML to construct this system modeling. It uses characters operating a mass of information with internet and informational technic, to realize auto business management, to operate information in time, to enhance ability that operators forecast the market situation and develop the new production, to improve employee's work efficiency and enterprise's benefit. And I am responsible for designing the logistics sub-system modeling that is include Enterprise business analysts, Action Modeling, Data Modeling and Function Modeling. Enterprise business analysts is the enterprise requirement extraction by way of actual operation analysts, to declare the main business flow for the system implementation. Action Modeling is interactive analysts between user and the system, to modularize the system for the system implementation. Data Modeling is relevance analysts between system components, to objectify the system for the system implementation. Function Modeling is the main business flow operation analysts and interactive analysts between the main business flow operation, to implement interactive between objects in the system.This system is consist of purchase management, sale sheet management, stock management, bill management, finance management and manufacturing management. It has all-sided function module, has far-ranging applicability, has owns Fault Tolerance and has the ability of data analysts.
