Study On The Construction Of Traffic Information Of Henan Province Based On Resources Integration

With the development of freeway road network, the need of transportation information is growing day by day. However, as a result of historical reason, the early dispersion and disorder information system construction only considered information resource of some road section or area , so it made the so-called "Information isolated island" formed and resulted in low data utilization and inoperable information sharing. The problems above influence information system overall benefit display seriously, so it's very imperative to develop transportation information resource conformity to eliminate these "Information isolated islands" and promote the construction of transportation information integration.Firstly, based on investigating that the information resource integration at home and abroad comprehensively, the framework of transportation information resource integration and service system in Henan Province was put forward, combining the need of transportation information resource integration in Henan Province. And key technologies were analyzed and studied. Secondly, the paper elaborated the subsystem's function and composition of the coordination service and management system. Then, it discussed the technologies and methods of Henan Province's transportation information resource integration and service system, established transportation information network platform, data central, operational guidance mechanism and transportation information resource development and utilization standard system. At last, the paper gave some design methods about security risk analysis and safe services structure of the system.Through promoting and implementing the existing system, it showed that using information resource integration may speed up transportation information Integration construction. And it also had some promotion on the whole using efficiency of transportation information resource in Henan Province.
