Biris-Cloud System is a Saa S-based forth-party platform which is based on IT technology and providers on-demand services.Cloud Transport Service Center is a third-party Internet Service Center which is designed and implemented based on biris-Cloud System. This center gathers a large number of customers who have transport dommands and providers who have transport resources,Cloud Transport Service Center establishs a connection between the customers and the providers.Transport order is not only the smallest unit of a customer’ demand but also the carrier of transport services. Because some of customer’s demand can not be satisfied by only one provider,so this paper puts forward demand split and mergering technology,in order to optimize the business process. Its essence is service composition.This paper gives the demand analysis of Cloud Transport Service Center.First Ly,it gives the run-time scenario of Cloud Transport Service Center and analysis the functions of the system from the perspective of the users.then it establishs the use case description and the business process and gives the state transition of orders.This paper focuses on service composition technology. based on the analysis of the business process in detail, fully considering the influence of the results for the providers’ transportation cost, service separation and combination is proposed.This paper gives the problem model and constraint condition. The genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.In this paper, the system is divided into many function modules,system function design, process design and database design are given.The system is implemented in the end,The design of the system and the theory of service composition are applied to the system.This paper shows the running result of the system.
