Transportation Information Research And Junjiao Auxiliary Decision System Development

With the flourishing development of the information technology, a new militarychange taking informatization as the core is sweeping across the whole world. In orderto advance the military change of the distinct Chinese characteristics, theinformation-based army must be built according to the request of winninginformation-based war. The Armed as important armed forces for maintenaningsociety’s security and stability, are shouldering the mission of informatizationconstruction similarly.The purpose of this paper is to propose the construction plan of information-basedtransportation of the ARMED and to develop the DSS for military communications andtransportation through the research on military information-based transportation. Themain contents of this paper are as follows:1. This paper discussed information-based transportation of the ARMED under thenew situation, and analyzed the existing problems. Through the experience and lessonsfrom the domestic and foreign information-based transportation, this paper researchedthe connotation of the information-based transportation, and proposed the constructionplan of information-based transportation of the ARMED.2. According to the characteristic that the military transportation is professional,highly skilled, processes slowly and inaccurate, this paper proposed automatic,intellectualized and scientific thought.3. With the artificial intelligence and the correlation database technology, this paperrealized the mean of delivery auxiliary decision, causing the decision-makers choosecorrect mean of delivery facing with the complex and changeable environment.4. According to the characteristic that the echelon division of railway deliveryplans is complex, slow and inaccurate, this paper proposed “division-computation-assessment–division again” method, dividing the echelon fast.5. This paper improved the optimal algorithm of railway delivery by beingconverted into integer programming and carrying on establishment, analysis andsolution of the mathematical models, and also realized the solution on computer with MatrixVB.The construction plan of information-based transportation of the ARMEDproposed by this paper is highly instructional; the DSS for military transportationsatisfying the requirement of military transportation decision and command, andhaving a stronger versatility, is suitable for the ARMED and could be promoted.
