D/A converter is a circuit that converts digital-signal into analog-signal. It converts digital-controlling signal by microprocessor output into analog current or voltage signal needed for system controlling, it is a necessary key interface circuit as output controlling of digital-analog hybrid signal system. Especially D/A converter module of high-speed, high-accuracy and miniaturized is more count for the application.Thick film Hybrid Integrated Circuit (THIC) becomes the miniaturized integrated technology of which develop rapidly in recent years. Using this technology can put the reintegrated D/A circuit into a pocket encapsulation to form THIC module. The purpose of this subject studies is to design a kind of miniaturized and integrated, high-speed, high-accuracy D/A converter, it can be applied to the precision instrument which has both higher requirement to size and performance, and it can be applied also to the application case of accurate-controlling, the display of graphics of high-definition, vector show, etc.This circuit design adopts the method of conventional circuit and THIC combined together. It takes high-speed, high-accuracy current-outputting type 16 bits DAC chip as the core, combines with such circuit as supplement, which is a high-speed flip-latch, a high-speed operation amplifier, a precise reference voltage, clock circuit, switch eliminating noise and trace-hold, etc. to form a 14 bits high-speed, high-accuracy voltage-outputting type D/A converter with the functions of data-in latch, output trace-hold and I-V conversion.
