With the continuous modernization of industrial and technological development and progress, and servo control system in many industries are increasingly widely used for different applications place increasingly stringent demands for its performance. As the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system with high accuracy, high dynamic performance and a wide range of speed and position servo control features, in-depth study of its researchers have become the focus of attention. In this paper, full-digital PMSM servo drives the development, describes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and control the space used by vector control principle. In the system hardware design, the use of DSP digital signal processor, supported by intelligent power output module IPM AC servo control system constitutes a detailed description of the overall system hardware design. As the drive working in different environments, they also encounter a wide range of electromagnetic environment in order to ensure safe and stable operation of the drive, this paper outlines the anti-jamming design of servo drives. At last the system an experiment to test drive performance.This is by studying the proposed servo drive hardware and anti-jamming design, and designed to control four major way, through experiments to validate its feasibility, finally be a set of practical design of AC servo drives the program. This control algorithm in the future further research has certain reference value.
