The technology of node self-location is one of key technologies in Wireless sensor network and is the WSN for target identification, monitoring, tracking and many other applications of the premise.Firstly, on the basis of referring to a lot of literatures interrelated, this paper introduced the traits of wireless sensor network, the applications and the status quo of research at home and abroad, and described in detail protocol stack ZigBee2006 based on the IEEE802.15.4; Secondly, according to the research status of node self-localization techniques for WSN, the existing several typical location algorithm were analyzed and compared; Finally, the author designed the reference nodes and Sink nodes by adopting Ti's CC2430, and designed the Unknown nodes via CC2431,then combined with ZigBee2006 protocol stack to build a wireless sensor network that node have real-time location function in this network. The system verify that node self-localization algorithm based On RSSI is feasible on the hardware platform, with temperature sensor built-in CC2430 sink nodes can collect the temperature data of node in the network. The positioning error of the system is less than 3 meters and the positioning accuracy is 0.25 meters, which reach the design requirements.
