| Objective: This study is to design a transmission platform of community telemedicine system using the information technology.Take the patients' ECG for example,This system can achieve the function of image acquisition , long-distance transmission of ECG data, some serious illnesses for telemedicine services and the information management of the electronic medical records. This system can enhance the technical level of the community medicine.Methods: The design of the system is based on Windows Server 2000 + IIS5.0 + ASP.NET platform. We choose Visual Studio 2005 as the Front-end development tool of ASP.NET platform which can develop the web pages by using the ASP.NET+JavaScript and develop the medical data by using ADO.NET. To realize the real-time ECG acquisition by using the ECG monitor and data acquisition card,Then real-time ECG data are transfomed into static image data by using image collection module. To realize the long-distance transmission of ECG and some serious illnesses for telemedicine services by using the Internet network. We applied SQL 2005 database management system to achieve the information management of the electronic medical records .Results: The development of the transmission platform of community telemedicine system based on web have completed. This system can perform the function of the image acquisition, the long-distance transmission of the ECG data, telemedicine services between the community hospital and the center hospital, the information management of the electronic medical records. The test results of the ECG image acquisition show that this system can transform the real-time ECG data into static image data well. The test results of ECG image transmission show that this system can transmit the static image data quickly and with no restriction in distance. Conclusion: The transmission platform of community telemedicine system based on web can achieve the function of image acquisition, long-distance transmission of the ECG data, telemedicine services between the community hospital and the center hospital, the information management of the electronic medical records quickly and efficiently . The realization of this system can make patients have a better medical service for treatment in the nearest community hospitals which can save the time for patients treatment and reduce the pressure of the centre hospital. The system will promote the development of Community-based medical services in our country. |
