Telemedicine platform refers to using the technical means,including remote communication technology,computer multimedia technology to share the medical information and services.This platform takes the advantages of large medical center,medical technology and equipment,covering the remote nursing,remote diagnosis and consultation,remote imaging,and other medical activities.In the domestic and foreign related research,the focus of telemedicine platforms has been the video conference and related peripheral Internet services and researchers tend to ignore medical images,the important material of doctor's demand.As the most direct way of information visualization in the medical pathology analysis process,medical images is the commonly analysis certification in the actual process of diagnosis.However,these platforms hardly can provide the service of operation behavior of medical images for terminal clients,which makes the difficulty for doctors to communicate efficiently.Meanwhile while building these platforms for medical image materials,there is not a mature software architecture as conference.So there is few theoretical studies of this now.To solve these problems,the thesis studies the software architecture of telemedicine platform for medical image materials,summarizes and concludes the demand model of medical image materials in the process of the telemedicine platform,models these platform based on COMET(Collaborative Object Modeling and Architectural Design Method)and s the demand models.This thesis also designs a general software architecture of this kind of platforms.Meanwhile,in the realization process of this architecture,in order to solve the transmission problem of medical image materials,combining with the actual demand of telemedicine platform for medical image materials and the image compression coding method,this thesis designs the detail interactive solution and image transmission in the process of telemedicine based on image compression,network protocol engineering and other theories and proposes the business-driven image difference transport protocol according to the network protocol engineering.The thesis expounds the demand and key points of design of telemedicine platform while taking medical image materials as the core.After the preliminary identification of realization process of this system,this business-driven image difference transport protocol and software architecture can build the target system efficiently,provide the service of telemedicine for medical image materials and extend the diversity of remote medical service process.
