With the advance of medical information technology and telemedicine technology, coupled with early diagnosis and awareness of the importance of disease prevention, community-oriented real-time health care services has a broad demand, this paper is based on this demand, proposed and designed a community-oriented real-time monitoring health care network system.The system for community residents could provide users with real-time health care services and create personal electronic files for the users, in the unusual characteristics of the user’s health, the system can immediately send a warning message and record abnormal state, to provide reference data for remote medical.The system use the LAMP platform architecture, stable operation with excellent performance, reliable security and faster response time, has a very high cost and has very good expansion capability and can afford the system response speed and mass data storage requirements.The application modules of the system is user-oriented, is based on Joomla! Content Management System of secondary development, full compliance with the MVC software design pattern, can provide users with the management of personal health data, data comparison chart of the health exception-based alerts and other functions.After use, the system with effective real-time health care services and health records management services, has a certain value and will be an important part of the community medical electronics and telemedicine-based information technology.
