| With the development of computer and network technology, telemedicine technology is developing rapidly. The telemedicine technology is useful to eliminate the differences in medical condition of different regions, and can reduce the frequency that patients go to the hospital, reduce the spending for medical treatment in hospital, thus can save the costs of health care significantly. At the same time, the telemedicine system uses the camera to monitor the patients all the time, and it is facilitate for the medical staff to communicate with patients, and treatment the patient more accurately and effectively. As the importance of telemedicine, it has caused widespread concern from researchers and manufacturers at home and abroad.In this paper, we use JMF and real-time transport protocol (RTP) to analysis and design the telemedicine care system. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) According to the system requirements, we analysis the structure of the telemedicine care system, and give out the overall design of the system, which contains the system framework, functional module, and the analysis of the modules;(2) Based on the JMF technology, we design the audio/video system of telemedicine care system in details. We implement the custom functions of video and audio, the functions contain capturing, real-time display, storage, playback, and so on;(3) Using the real-time transport protocol to implement the sending and receiving process for audio and video data, and design the transport controlling method;(4) Using JAVA to design the user interface and other auxiliary functions of system, complete the development process of the telemedicine care system.We give out many test cases to test the designed system. The results show that the designed telemedicine care system can be operated stable and reliable, the communication among the patients, caregivers and doctors is facility, and the function of health care works well too. By then, our system is verified well. |
