With commercial banks listed overseas,financial reports and segment reports need to be disclosed timely,accurately and extensively,to satisfy the regulatory requirements for information disclosure of the listing capital market.Thus, commercial banks standardize the financial resources and business processes of commercial banks for reducing operational risks and improving internal control and internal management of bank.The ERPF system,against the background,studying the implementation of enterprise resource planning and financial systems in commercial banks is in order to:1.To establish a centralized general ledger accounting of the entire commercial bankIn the ERF financial system,the processing results of different business systems will be summarized in the general ledger module.A uniform chart of accounts(COA) architecture and the management and maintenance processes of COA structure will be designed.2.To disclose the InformationIn the ERF financial system,the bank will realize a data model,which is based on a uniform data interface and the processing of accounting information.In the same time,the bank will establish and improve a centralized system of financial reports.3.To build the centralized management of expenditure,which is based on the Sharing service Center.By the establishment of shared service centers,the existing expenditure system will be replaced by a centralized financial modules of ERPF system,realizing the centralized management of the expenditure and the centralized payment of expense.This paper will introduce the implementation of system,around software engineering method,which include requirement analysis,framework design, algorithm model,design of data model,environment deployment,the testament of program and operation analysis.
