Research On The Development And Utilization Mode Of Financial Archives Of Commercial Banks Under The Background Of Supply-side Reform

The goal of supply-side structural reform is to better optimize the economic structure,rationally allocate production factors,so that the economy can develop better and faster.On February 22,2019,during the 13 th collective study session of the political bureau of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary xi jinping proposed "deepening the supply-side structural reform of finance".One of the goals of the financial supply-side structural reform is to deepen the reform perspective into the financial sector,tilt social resources toward the real economy,improve the development status of small and medium-sized enterprises,and build a more reasonable and diversified economic development model.As a credit intermediary commercial Banks,the reform put forward more stringent requirements than before.In order to realize the goal of improving financial universality and realizing efficient and reasonable allocation of resources,commercial Banks are facing great challenges.General secretary xi stressed that to deepen the supply-side structural reform of finance,we should strike a balance between sound development and risk prevention,stabilize the economic situation at home and abroad,direct policies at the financial sector,expand reform and opening up,and effectively enhance the ability of finance to serve the real economy.We will integrate the forces of the whole society,win the battle against financial risks,promote the sound and steady development of China's financial sector,and realize socialist harmony and steady progress in all respects.This paper aims to take the country's supply-side structural reform as the guide,and focus on the analysis of the financial sector,especially the development issues under the guidance of the banking policy.For a long time,the internal management of financial archives in commercial Banks is not perfect and the degree of attention is not high.They are only kept in each department or archive room as business certificates,without giving full play to the full value of archives.Through rational and effective development of financial archive information resources,this paper explores the potential information value inside the archives,USES big data platform and Internet technology to build a new mode of financial archive development and utilization,and provides strong information support and guarantee for the business development of commercial Banks.
