Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System Of Commercial Bank

As an important component of commercial Banks, financial management includes not only the management cost and cost in the process of management and budget management and financial analysis, etc., also includes the commercial Banks for funding sources and the effective use of its management behavior, the organization, budget, accounting, monitoring and financial analysis of business objectives set by implementing a series of management activities. In the design, the author has mainly participated in the following work:1. the customer needs survey:summarize the need analysis report for this system at the system need analysis phase; 2. general system structure analysis and design:analyze the system structure according to differences between system users; 3. specific design and materialization of the system, including design and materialization of the system's database and design of the system flow; 4. design and materialization of the system interface. This paper has analyzed systematically the bank's financial management system program from the general ledger management module, the credit management module and the assets management module, carried out the need analysis for these three modules, designed and realized the specific functions of each module in detail, and tested each function finally.Paper developed by the commercial bank financial management system has been realized and put into actual use of a commercial bank. The system has brought huge interests and competitive advantages to the banks, promote the banks'financial management operation speed efficiently, reduced the influences caused by artificial factors to the custody work, and increased the transparency of the banks' financial management, which proves feasibility and advancement of the system.
