In our country,the bank magnetic stripe card used since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of economy and society,residents have become the most common non-cash payment tool,for the economic society and people's production and living played an irreplaceable role.However,magnetic stripe card has limited storage space,no operation ability,no support for offline and non-contact processing,and magnetic stripe information is easy to be copied,low security,durable and flexible.In recent years,the use of a magnetic stripe card is easy to copy the security hidden danger,the copy of bank CARDS track information recorded by measuring equipment,may easily produce counterfeit CARDS,to the cardholder,banking institutions are caused a certain loss,a larger impact on China's bank card payment products.In order to adapt to the development situation,commercial Banks urgently need to establish an advanced and safe financial IC card system.According to the construction demand of commercial banking IC card system,this paper designs the financial IC card business system based on the PBOC2.0 standard and the related business standard of unionpay.Considering the special attribute of the financial industry,the system USES the financial industry has always been using relatively stable UNIX platform design and development,through the use of IPC inter-process communication mechanism,design patterns,the network communication interface API encapsulation process pool,SOCKET communication(TCP/IP protocol)and DB2 database technology to complete the system development work.Above in related technical theory,on the basis of successful development complete financial IC card system,commercial Banks implement the financial IC card,counter channel finished CARDS issued.As a new technology platform,financial IC card has become a key project to support the upgrading of bank card industry in China.Implement and complete the construction of financial IC card system become the main support of card issuers retail business related department IT systems,business units can pass card system configuration function of flexible and fast to achieve the function of card business development.
