| Based on the rapid development of information technology and its wide application range in the commercial banks, this paper will give a detailed design and analysis for November financial management system in rural commercial banks.It was referenced by the new generation of real cases of financial management system construction project in the X rural credit. The new financial management system will greatly help provincial rural credit to integrate the business systems which was decentralized in the past years.Through the interface with the core system, the new financial management system can make a real-time access to data more quickly and greatly improving efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the basic concepts of ERP, November system at home and abroad, the present situation of the study, implementation of November and November system and current situation of the development of November system technology, then focuses on the application of November financial system in commercial Banks. By referencing to the November project financial management which has been successfully implemented and own internship program which is X rural credit financial and general ledger management system implementation plan,this page was written from requirements analysis to the business process, the function of the key business process design, technology design and system test. It was composed by a few parts, for example the general ledger module, payable module and asset module. Then introduce ERP financial management software which was how to set in rural commercial banks.In system implementation technology, the new system is based on customers’ business requirements and operating habits, mainly through the use of development tools developer series, PL/SQL as a procedural language to development the Oracle ERP system secondarily.In the aspect of system function design, financial management system mainly includes general ledger module, payable module and assets module. General ledger management module on the one hand is responsible for manual books and accepting accounts from the assets and payable module, on the other hand is to be responsible for transferring all the accounts through the interface to big general ledger system. Then combine the core system’s data. In the general ledger system will issue an unified financial statements, the core and financial management system without having to give financial statements. Big general ledger system will put the financial management system and the core system of data together, then produce all kinds of financial statements.So as to satisfy the X rural credit’s needs which is the external information disclosure and internal data mining, then provide the basis for investors and policy makers. Payable management and asset management module are mainly responsible for deal with the business processing and transmitting accounting information to the general ledger module. At the same time, the system is not allowed to record in the general ledger accounts about assets and cope with module.It guarantees the basic requirement of total score is consistent, thus to meet the customers’ need which the accounts on each module was integrated and tracking every child classification source from general ledger.ERP financial management system of X rural credit which was introduced in this paper, was starting from April 2013 to November 2014 and switch online successfully.It takes about a year and a half. It is a successful typical case of oracle ERP financial software applying to rural commercial bank. I hope that through the implementation of such a successful case analysis and demonstration which can set an example for commercial Banks in China, especially the rural informationalized development of commercial Banks. |
