The Investigation Of Library2.0 Service In Domestic Universities

Library 2.0 service is a new mode of service under the wave of web2.0.It's the application of web2.0 in the library and emphasizes the user-participation.In order to master the user feed-back data,trail the user evaluation,supply the reference of optimizing service,and enrich the fundamental theory of library2.0,we make the investigation of utilization situation in domestic universities.The paper reads as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction,the paper elucidates the background and significance of topic selection,the objectives and methods of study.In Chapter 2,this article elucidates the conception of lib2.0 and lib2.0 service. Affirms the user-oriented core idea of lib2.0,proposes that lib2.0 service should be a new mode of service which stresses "open source,interaction,user-participation" on the basis of web2.0 technologies such as RSS,blog,wiki,IM,tag,Ajax,plug-in etc.Chapter 3 explains the evolvement of lib2.0 in theory and practice through the published thesis,academic conference and practical application in the notion of lib2.0. In order to survey practical application of lib2.0 service and make it the reference of usage investigation,the analysis that selects the 985 universities,top 211 universities and the typical investigation subjects,shows that the study of lib2.0 is sustained in overseas and it is very important to evaluate the effect of lib2.0.Data shows that lib2.0 is more mature with rich contents in Beijing and Shanghai including the service embedded in desktop,network environment and mobile devices etc.Chapter 4 is the data analysis,the questionnaire design,data analysis and conclusive statements which are described in the form of characters are included.The analysis shows that the utilization ratio of lib2.0 service is low because of the short cognition and few propaganda.For improving lib2.0,we should strengthen propaganda, pay more attention to the effect evaluation,encourage the users to participate and construct librarian 2.0 actively.Chapter 5 is the conclusion.Though lib2.0 develops good in domestic universities, the research of effect evaluation is deficient;the demand degree and the utilization degree is disproportionate,the former is higher than the letter;we should take measures to build lib2.0 actively.The innovation,the inadequacy and the prospect are also mentioned.
