| The construction of the power plant information system provide effective information management and decision support platform to production staff and managers of enterprises. It has important practical significance for enterprises to achieve faster and better development.In this paper, we analysis the major problem in the information construction and research the overall information system construction planning objectives of the Fenghe electric power enterprises based on the necessity of the power plant information construction. We have studied the development of the progress of information systems plans and the development of information systems for quality management and researched the quality of planning, the quality of organizational settings and evaluated power plant information system quality using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, based on the above basis we put forward the concentrate measures to the information system construction including the strengthening of communication between the project management team, effective control of the demand for change, focus on training of users and developers and so on. |
