With the rapid development of electric power communication business in our country, the electric power communication network for electric power communication network, has become the important support power system infrastructure. Electric power communication as an organic part of the power system, production control, the management of each link has been widely used in power systems. The number of the service communication among the interactive systems of the electric power system is getting lager and lager, so that network densely distributed in the power communication business is numerous. Because of the inherent characteristics of power communication business, leading to that the relevant research results of electric power network cannot be directly applied in electric power communication network. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of electric power communication network, research on route planning service channel, how to control the electric power communication network to reduce network operation risk becomes the most important power in the field of communication.This paper used fuzzy AHP method to construct a hierarchical business structure important degree analysis modeling, on important business degree were evaluated and sorted; secondly, on the basis of this, establishes the routing mechanism of electric power communication business risk based on balanced, with overall risk degree of the network, the network bandwidth, delay, business channel availability as the constraint condition, and satisfies the constraint condition of output improved Dijkstra algorithm of K shortest path, and then the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, optimal routing path of a global. Finally, the algorithm is applied to network optimization simulation subsystem and the design of the system are described briefly in Guangdong electric power communication network optical transmission. The system has been successfully applied in Guangdong electric power company, the results show that the algorithm has the certain usability and effectiveness.
