With the rapid development of Telecommunication services, Telecom Business Support System is becoming increasingly powerful and peripheral applications. Traditional interfaces integration way has the following issues: data processing flexibility, reusability poor integration is weak, poor scalability, reliability is not strong, no monitoring.First of all, the paper summarizes the development and applications field of Service-Oriented Architecture , and analysizes advantages and disadvantages of Service-Oriented Architecture with the traditional mode of interface integration; the paper lerans from ther thinking of Service-Oriented Architecture and the Layered Architecture style and puts forward the Telecom Service-Oriented Interface Platform ; at the same time , its functions is designed.Secondly, the article bases on the three Relationships and the Telecom Service-Oriented Unified Interface Platform features, platform services will be divided into: Atomic services, Inquiry services, Dynamic Scripting services, Component services, Portfolio services, Business services, service Processes, Synchronization services, Asynchronous services, Bulk services. Finally, the Telecommunications Service-Oriented United Interface Platform learns from the Dictionary Data structure and the tree algorithm and structures the data bus of the platform in order to achieve internal service interactive data standard, the format of all data sources are converted into Dynamic Dictionary; papers listed the most common format for the two data sources (relational databases, XML) and Dynamic Data exchange between a dictionary and implementation of algorithms.This paper provides a solution to optimize the performance of Platform. The paper compares advantages and disadvantages of the Service-Oriented Unitified Interface Platform integration way with other in a variety of performance indicators. In this way, the Telecommunications Service-Oriented United Interface Platform will become the centers of Bussiness Support System interface integration, data processing center, receiving and sending center, the realization of the telecommunications Business Support System between the sub-system, telecommunications system and other business support systems without Seam integration.
