With the development of national economy, the requirement of domestic informatization construction is increasing at the speed of geometric series. How to improve productivity of software and ensure the adaptation to changeable client requirement of software is the key in information construction field. At the same time, the coupling coefficient of the platform based on the traditional architecture of the multi-layers is high, which is a disadvantage for the development of distributed application. When new requirements are brought forward or new interactive equipments are imported, the system should be redeveloped. In addition, some supportting data in the platform are directly bound to low level data, which leads to invalid reuse and lots of redundancy data in the process of application.In this paper, according to the above reasons, a solution of business-driven platform based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is brought forward, and the research and implementation process are discussed.Firstly, the current research status and development trends are analyzed. Secondly, the theory fundation and technology of the platform are introduced. According to above research, a software development platform based on SOA is brought forward, which adaptes to information system, and the design and implement are finished. In the process of design, modeling method of business-driven platform is put forward, and the data structure, framework design and application pattern are described. Third, the development of the platform is implemented, including analysis platform, definition platform and runtime supporting platform. In this paper, details of implement of analysis platform and runtime supporting platform function modules are discussed. At last an application is introduced to confirm the feasibility and efficiency.The platform is developed adopted .NET technology, and there are advantages such as expansibility and transplantability, according to which remote deployment and invoke can easily implemented, and there is better security function of software process, which ensures the quality of software. At the same time, scientific methodology of information system business requirement analysis is inherited from the previous version. In this system, accumulation of software knowledge and reuse business knowledge are implemented, the quality of software is guaranteed, development period of software is shortened and the subsequent maintenance is greatly facilitated. As a result, one step is taken forward software industrialization.
