The manufactury industry has been properly rising as the development of global enconomic, modern technology resolution and especially of the information technology revolution. From which the work of industry has been expanding farward to the global direction. In the process of enterprise informationly, multiple e-aid information systems emerge as the time requires, in which the data volum handled increases day after day so that the enterprise has to take a lot of pepole to operate the kinds of system as their focus on business theirown. Then the purpose of the information system has not so useful while this bad situation has been aggravated as the expanding of the enterprise businness and their forward location. Data Integration technology of heterogeneous system is at present proposed for this awkward situation.The heterogeneous system of manufactory involved the CAD, CAPP and ERP etc. There are many types of files from these kinds systems. So there need one cooperation platform to integrate data which have different formats. A UI should be taken, from which the other systems can take what they want. The service security should also be proposed.The thesis takes one SOA method to satisfy the heterogeneous data integrated. This method provides a visit to every steps of PLM and some integrated methods. One example system called data integrated system cooperation manufactury SOA-based gives prove to the paper, which is developed by Java. The system developed by CXF technology. It is used to make WSDL and some interface of service for server. And for the client, there will be some classes created by WSDL that has been publicate onto the web. The class that interface depends on is proposed by wsdl2java and then is marked by the annotation to mapped to the XML files. This XML is to define one universal metadata format, according to which we can make customized.
