The research of ships experiment data service platform is a subject put forward by the Defense Technology and Industry to service shipbuilding industry and share data information and shipping technology in order to ship in the technical advice and design study of the subject. In accordance with the scientific outlook on development which is put forward by 11th Five-Year Plan, it uses advanced technique to promote the rapid development of shipping industry, which is of strategic importance.According to the information construction of current shipbuilding industry, how to make full use of existing resources to establish enterprise application integration systems which is low-cost, open and flexible has become the key information construction. This paper proposes and realizes enterprise application integration framework based on a Service-Oriented Architecture that uses enterprise service bus (ESB) of seamless integration and support services scheduling process and can carry out Portfolio Services development, so that enterprises can be integrated system of services provided by its internal and inter-enterprise application integration together to achieve a comprehensive, cross-organizational business objective.With the background, purpose and significance of the subject, this paper introduces the SOA architecture, Web Service Technology and JBI (JAVA business integration) at first, Analyses advantages based on SOA-enterprise integration programme by comparison. Then, functions of test data Service platform are summarized in detail, the shortage of the information is pointed out, and in accordance with the platform, applications on the development trends of the Institute's overall IT infrastructure are distributed. Following, according to the platform reference model, the basic framework of the platform is designed, the working mechanism , the achievement of specifications , test data services platform ships in service and the deployment of the division are given. Finally, the service platform basic framework of the concrete floors is realized. And make a major research realization:(1)Design implements a kind of IIOP-SOAP Gateway that supports the translation of information, and makes needs that will component package CORBA for Web services. It uses data warehouse technology to solve a variety of heterogeneous database to share information problems.(2) A solution of servicing a dynamic combination is advanced and implemented in the integration service, which is to sort out the composition of demand of related services in the dynamic changes.(3)By using of the Service Mix JBI standard bus technology to achieve a ship pilot in the data services platform for information exchange among the system and quote an algorithm based on the value of the services priority scheduling to solve the cluster node load balancing requirement.(4)In business process, a framework based on the engine workflow is proposed and implemented, with specific needs of the project, performance computing systems to ship in common are abstracted and a ship-based performance of the various business flow calculation.(5)Service in the application a user requests information processing model is advanced and implemented, which achieves a more concentrated among the request and common management, and enhances the code of modular, reusable and scalability.Practice has proved that the ships experiment data service platform based on SOA is an excellent programme that overcomes the current shipbuilding industry information construction in the face of interoperability and access theoretically and technically, it has a reference for similar ship-building industry information to other sectors.
