Design Of Intelligent Power Distribution System Based On CAN Bus And LIN Bus

The system uses a CAN bus and LIN bus interactive data transmission,power distribution design of the implementation of modular components(here in after referred to as intelligent power distribution module) to replace the relay,power switching devices, such as self-protection switch,intelligent power distribution module in real time detection of output current,voltage changes,in accordance with changes in load and automatically protect itself and to the information,as well as fault detection,alarm information through the LIN bus transfer to the host computer,host computer through CAN bus and the vehicle's CAN bus network interactive information system to meet a very good intelligence, reliability,real-time requirements.Solve the whole problem of distributed power distribution,reduced wiring,reduced costs.The design of intelligent,reliable running,convenient to use the smart maintenance of power distribution system is the purpose of this research,and intelligent power distribution system can be divided into power management and distribution of the two parts of intelligent control,intelligent control system part of the implementation of components (that is,intelligent power distribution module),intelligent power distribution module at home and abroad is not a great power,and design are only one or two aspects of the protection of control,unable to upload information,with the constant development of vehicles,such products not suited to large load gradually,digital trends.The intelligent power distribution system within each vehicle can load current,voltage, operation status information such as real-time monitoring,display,with real-time alarm, fault protection and other functions,and user requirements can be flexibly configured to monitor various information.Host computer can query through the use of various,early detection and elimination of dangers,real-time fault,fault information directly in the terminal display or instructions to further improve the system's intelligence,reliability and optimize the vehicle's electrical system.
