Research On Construction And Evaluation Of Intelligent Project Of Distribution Network In Yongcheng County

With the global energy crisis and the greenhouse effect and other environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,the construction of smart grid eliminating large-scale renewable energy was put on the agenda.County-level distribution network is an important part of smart grid construction.In order to meet the increasing load demand and continuously improving reliability standard,county-level distribution network intelligent construction project is not only the necessary process of rural power grid transformation but also an urgent need for smart grid construction.Yongcheng city has a typical and representative of the county-level power grid in the scale of electricity,electricity characteristics,power grid structure and the level of intelligent power grid.Therefore,this paper chooses Yongcheng city distribution network intelligent project construction as a case to carry out in-depth study of the project construction process.Project plan management of Yongcheng city distribution network intelligence project is done firstly.On the basis of decomposing the specific tasks of the project,the paper puts forward the schedule of project construction and provides guidance for the project development.The paper analyzes the status quo and load characteristics of Yongcheng power supply and demand,and forecasts the load in the coming years,which provides the necessary basis for the intelligent construction of distribution network.The status quo and the demand analysis of the intelligent distribution area,intelligent distribution network,intelligence collection of electricity consumption and integration of business and distribution are emphasized.On the basis of the design of the overall function structure and data logical structure of the project,the sub-module function design is done.According to the specific design content of the project,the project was developed.From the economic,technical,management,software performance and hardware performance and so on to establish a comprehensive and reasonable index system and use gray AHP to evaluate the project running effect.The county-level distribution network is facing the pressure of power supply continues to increase,the low base of rural power network hardware problems,in this case,the intelligent project construction is a good way to enhance the ability and level of power supply.The research on the intelligent construction of the distribution network in Yongcheng city provides the experience for the intelligent upgrading project of other county distribution network.
