With the dependency of the electric power ,the need to the safety and quality of power supply is getting improved. With the development of the information technology, building digitalized and networking intelligent grid has been the future mainstream. The power distribution is the important part of the intelligent grid, therefore, the first step is to improve the digitalization of the electric power distribution. To meet this need, the digitalized electric power distribution is proposed, which can realize the remote monitoring and control and remote management with the wireless accession, each distribution will be information, the digital level of grid will be improved, and the resource will be economized and the power will be distributed properly.In this paper, the function model and the structure model of the digitalized electric power distribution is introduced in detail, the net accession model is added with the circuit protection model and the power calculation model, the information management of the electric consume is realized; the current main net accession technologies are introduced and comprised, with the actual problem and the available condition, the Wi-Fi model is chosen to be the technology to realize the net accession; the hardware development platform is constructed with the S3C2440 processor based on the ARM920T core; the Linux core and the Wi-Fi model are distributed and compiled, the cross compiler is installed, the executable code is achieved and be loaded on the target platform, the net accession is realized.
