Based on the current status of enterprise supply system and user load control system running in parallel, the intelligent monitoring system for power supply and distribution demand side is proposed. By using all kinds of effective information of power supply system and load control system, through the control strategy, the rational allocation of resources between the two sides of the supply and demand, so that both supply and demand can obtain the maximum economic benefit.This article draws on numerous research demand side management, relying on electric power automation system technology, with energy saving power and agreement as the goal, mainly carried out the following research work:(1) Through analyzing and summarizing the features and functions of the existing demand side management system, combined with market demand and the associated power system design experience, to build the intelligent distribution terminal, smart management as the core of the system architecture.(2)Analyzing the existing problems in the current power supply system, and puts forward the strategy to control the operation of the system according to the load forecast. Utilization of historical data and weather factors on the neural network model training, designed to meet the final predictive model.(3) The problem of start-up and operation of equipment is analyzed, and the dynamic scheduling strategy based on load power and load level is proposed to control the operation of equipment. Through the dynamic adjustment system, the start and stop of the equipment, ensure the stability of the system running under the agreement power, reduce the cost of the user’s electricity consumption.This article has carried on the beneficial exploration on the distribution transformer operation amount for distribution to the demand side of the control and load startup strategy, system composition, for ascension for distribution of demand side energy efficiency, reduce investment in the basic construction of power facilities, enhance the enterprise the comprehensive benefits, has certain reference and guidance.
