| The distribution equipment of vehicle includes distributing box andcross board hut of tank and panzer. It's one of the most important parts ofall-electrical gun control system for special vehicles. There are varioustypes of distributing boxes and cross board huts, whose inter structure andcircuit are very complex. The intactness of the electronic components andcorrectness of track junction has decisive impact on the distributing box'sand cross board hut's performances. So, the reliability of all-electrical guncontrol system, which has great importance to the army, should beassured by testing and diagnosing the distributing box and cross boardhut.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of distributing box andthe problems of the present test methods, an intelligent diagnose testingmethod based on topological diagram is presented, which combines sometechnologies of diagram searching, circuit simulation and fault diagnosis.The main subjects of my researches are:â‘ According to graphical idea, a platform based on componenttechnology is built for editing circuit diagram of distributing box.Themodule of electronic components is used in the way of ActiveX controltechnology, and the topological structure relation of distributing box isbuilt automatically according to circuit diagram.â‘¡Based on testing integrality, the diagram searching algorithm forgenerating test vector automatically is researched. The search rules andthe steps of realizing the searching algorithm are presented. In order toverify the correctness of test vector and do fault simulation, thesimulation function for diagram circuit based on node tabular method isdeveloped.â‘¢Two types of fault diagnose methods are presented. One is usingbefore test and the other is using after test. Fault dictionary is used in thefirst method, with circuit simulation system to generate fault test code andcompose fault dictionary. The second method is implemented by isolatingand eliminating the nonexistent fault according to test result. Then thefault is searched and located by the structure of diagram circuit. Fault diagnosis and fault location are efficiently implemented by these twomehtods.An intelligent fault testing system for distribution equipment ofvehicle is developed based on the study above. The overall design ofsystem, the design of hardware and the function of software are listed inthe thesis. The system can test and diagnose several dozens of types ofdata distributing box, and further more, it has broad prospects forpopularizing and application. And it can also be used in fault diagnosis oflarge-scale analog circuits.Finally, the main accomplished tasks are summarized in this paper,some improvable aspects are put forward and further researches forimproving the system are presented. |
