From the view of the manufacture industry chain, the supply chain is very long, and has a lot of enterprises which has supply and demand relations with each other, and as a result of these enterprises are not directly link, so it is difficult to obtain a business partner's business information of its upstream and downstream of the upstream or downstream. However, with the needs of strengthening the supply chain management and product lifecycle management, there are demands of exchanging information between these unknown enterprises, in the traditional supply chain management pattern, these demands is very difficult to realize. There are many important theoretical and practical values to research an information exchange and sharing mechanisms for supply chain management and product lifecycle management between these unknown enterprises. The paper is based on the open RFID public service platform (ORFP), researches industry data exchange technology, enhances the transparency of supply chain management through the ORFP, and reduces the difficulty of exchanging information between these unknown enterprises.This paper first systematically analyzed the existing data exchange technologies and logical structures of data exchange, and selected the Web services-based technology and platform-based logical structure to achieve industry data exchange. Then according to the distribution of enterprises in the supply chain and RFID automatic data collection features, the paper proposed a data exchange framework which made of an industry data exchange platform and a number of enterprises agents, the framework completed customizing data exchange process and scheduling process through the industry data exchange platform, and accomplished providing product information services and monitoring the RFID applications event through the enterprise agents, when RFID applications'event arrives, the enterprise agent starts to trigger the corresponding data exchange process in the data exchange platform, then followed by industry data exchange platform for verification, scheduling and implementation of this process, to achieve data exchange business between these unknown enterprises. As there are many enterprises don't know each other in the industry supply chain, the paper took the RFID product code as a clue, to connect the unknown enterprises in the industry supply chain in together through the public services layer of the RFID public service platform, which obtained the collection of the entrances of a variety of products services. To solve the issue of flexible customizing process, the paper divided process into one or more relatively independent of the processing steps, each step is known as an activity; each activity is composed of one or many activity items, and with sequence, branch and concurrent expresses the relationship between activity items. For the full potential of RFID automatic data collection features, the paper proposed a kind of RFID application event monitoring mechanisms in the enterprise agent, and bound it with the trigger, which achieved a timely trigger and organically extended the characteristics of RFID to the business level of industry data exchange. In order to deal with a variety of types of business data in data exchange process, industry data exchange platform took SOAP block as the way of forwarding data.Finally, based on the prototype of ORFP and integrated the above research results of industry data exchange, the paper demonstrated an application that verified the feasibility of the results. The paper provided an effective feasible solution for industry data exchange between these unknown enterprises, which gave full play to the characteristics of the RFID technology, and had good business extension and implementation.
