Provincial governments are actively constructing their own emergency platforms. But, because there was no unified design, the different unit and the department adopted different system environments and technologies, which lead to form "the information isolated island", exchanging data between heterogeneous environments become a new problem.Through to provincial emergency platforms situation analysis,it analyzed the difficulty in emergency and some data exchanging modules. This thesis put forward a data-exchange platform which is based on SOA, using Web Service technology and MOM-Oriented ESB to solve the problem of communication between different emergency platforms. The system is heterogeneous data-supported, expansible, reusable and ensures the process of exchanging data efficient and reliable. This system used XML as a medium and shielded the difference of heterogeneous data sources. It realized data exchanging and sharing between different emergency system and keep the complexity for them without disturb the system. The article analyzed and designed data collecting component and transfer component realize access of heterogeneous data sources, and introduced data exchanging and sharing from coding and user. |
