With the rapid development of the national tobacco industry informatization，ZheJiangTobacco Industry has completed the construction of marketing systems, ERP systems,proprietary systems, customer relationship management systems, research and developmentsystems and other applications, and each application system plays a corresponding role in theirrespective areas of work. However, these applications mutually act on the independent sectors,and the accumulation of data information is scattered in different application systems, so it isdifficult to use these existing resources to mine more useful information. Accordingly, in orderto make full use of these data resources and respond to changing business needs, the existinginternal systems of Zhejiang Tobacco Industry need data exchange. At the same time, it is alsoassociated with external enterprise systems, such as levels of commercial companies toexchange data. Based on this situation, how to achieve the data exchange in the ZhejiangTobacco Industry existing internal applications, as well as its internal systems and externalsystems become the focus of the next phase of development of the tobacco industry. In thisenvironment, Zhejiang Tobacco Industry needs to achieve data exchange services based onservice-oriented architecture, Web Service technology, ETL technology and enterprise servicebus.Firstly, the article discusses the background and current situation of the tobacco industrydata exchange services, followed by the brief data exchange services relevant theoreticalknowledge, and then focuses on the implementation of data warehouse and business processesfor data exchange, and finally on the basis of the above,comply the business intelligence anddata exchange service applications. The main contents include the following components:(1) Data Warehouse ConstructionFirstly, it analysises the needs of the data warehouse, data warehouse modeling, themedesign, concept model and logical model. Secondly by using DataStage instruments to obtainthe necessary raw data from marketing systems of commercial enterprises, extract themintegrated into the data warehouse ODS (Operational Data Store) part, had been properly treated, and finally loaded into the data warehouse.(2) Data Exchange of Business ProcessBy constructing Web services-based data exchange and shared services platform, toachieve industrial and commercial enterprises business process data exchange. According toanalysis the industrial and commercial enterprises business processes, service modeling, designenterprise service bus, to connect to industrial enterprises and commercial enterprises ofinformation resources and services, then manage and deploy services, and complete the courseof business data exchange.(3) The application of dataComplete the Business Intelligence of Zhejiang Tobacco Industry platform, research themain function of the platform and complete the data application, and show some features ofthe system.
