ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)implementation and application procedure need optimize and reengineer the original business process and organizational structure, by achieving maximum added-value as possible and reducing no-valuable or none added-valuable activities in each step. The aim is to benefit from the enterprise management and competition by designing and optimizing each activity in the step from the whole process. However, there is a lack of quantitative method and tool to analyze, estimate, simulate and evaluate the business process before or after the ERP implementation, instead it mainly depends on the experiences of the ERP implementation consultants.Based on the comparative analyze of typical ERP implementation approach and procedure, aimed at the issue (changeable customer, irregular business, complicated and large data in the product operation management, difficult share and so on) of ERP application in graphic equipment enterprise, I introduce the ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information System)building model thoughts, and the implementation structure model on the base of ARIS graphic equipment enterprise ERP implement to design and optimize ERP implementation procedure. In the process of requirement defining modeling, I put the data view, organization view, function view, control view of ARIS and ARIS approach into each link. Oriented by the goal of the company, go through full flow of modeling, this means from business goal to business structure to business functionality to business flow. Combined the status of logistic, sales, QA, produce and maintenance which are the four major business processes, I complete the basic model building of graphic equipment enterprise optimization and simulation to describe the business model by using the objective chart, value added chain chart, function tree and eEPC modeling. In terms of the graphic equipment enterprise's feature of face to order production, limit of stock capital, and quick market requirement adaptation, data view and eEPC modeling is used in control of view function to define operation data model and main process through ARIS Toolset. Then, I compare the simulation data before and after business process using the ARIS simulate function from the process statistic, function statistic and organization statistic. The result of analysis from quantitative method shows that the process after optimization can enhance the efficiency, decrease the cost and reduce manual work. The qualitative method concludes that new process can combine the customer order price, delivery date, stock quantity and order production technologic in the original process by using the integration characteristic. The new process is able to solve the problem of data inconsistency and collection by increasing the procedure efficiency and decreasing discrete data. With the innovation of these processes, the efficiency of graphic equipment enterprise sales business, the flexibility of product schedule, material low cost control, and the efficiency of warranty process are all improved to achieve the customer requirement by low stock and less capital. The conclusion is that ERP implementation approach based on ARIS can give quantitative explanation for ERP process re-building and organizational structure innovation by simulation and result analysis. This approach can reduce no-value business process to customer, decrease the cost, lower the business complexity, optimize the ERP implementation, improve the customer satisfaction, enhance the enterprise benefit, and build the enterprise competition advantage.
