Nowadays, the education and the media have already been two main social powers which the human being lived. The educational core is to cultivate persons with ability; and the commonalty media has also become the third education system except the school and the family. Especially, for the teens the aspects of bringing up their hobbies, the moral character, the ability, the lore, and the world view have showed the more and more formidable influence, the penetrability and the radiating strength. Therefore, today strengthening the school media literacy education plays an important role in the school educational system, which is not only realized the human's intrinsic need, the social progress and urgent need and the way of the education reforms and develops, but also received the globalization challenge. These are significance of training the excellent citizen, improving the media environment, promoting the civilization and constructing the harmonious society.In China, the teens' media literacy level is low via the investigation and study and has existed in the medium problems such as the unbalance cognition, the improper use and the ethics deviates, which are connected with the media literacy education. Being a new educational system, the media literacy education in China is not optimistic. The choke point is coming from the ideological recognition, the teaching idea, the resources reserve and the social supports.On the basis of the multitudinous media accomplishment about the school media literacy education, the author intends to study the localization in China. The author presents some suggestions from the consummation target complex, the construction content system, the optimization curriculum, the improvement teaching method, raises angles and so on teachers level and teaching material quality, exploration effective appraisal way as well as support system. In the meanwhile, the author is looking forward to benefiting from the theory discussion and practice research to the school media literacy education.
