Combining with the development of the real estate management system,the paper launched on the B/S-based applications development studies.It included the position system, the selection of the development platform,and other business functions defined.The paper briefly introduced the background of College Real Estate Management Information System,the status quo at domestic and international,and the work done by the author.Based on the demands and analysises of the design of the database and the tables, with the main framework which the system used,the paper gave the characteristics of the system.Based on a whole model of the real estate management system,the paper analyzed the selected technotogy's advantage.It indotuced the integration framework on the basis of the Spring,including the performance of the JSF,the middle layer of the Spring and data persistence layer of Hibernate;it briefly introduced the work principle of Ajax technology, gave the system development environment and the package in development.The paper introduced detailly the users design requirements in selected and allocated houses' modules,and the design results,including the calculation of the houses' price,the calculation of some workers's scores,the select houses order,the allocation of housing statistics,and gave the results pages.Through the methods of black box testing,from the testing work such as the software installation categories,the menu categories,page elements categories,special domain, statements categories,and common fuctions,the paper pointed out the advantages and the disadvantages of software systems,summed up the done work and the further research prospects.
