Informationlization is very necessary to efficient management. Through several years'construction of information , many organizations including government, enterprises, schools, etc. have hardware and software for informationlization. Management Information System (MIS) plays a very important role in the process of informationlization. Many originations have already accumulated some experience on the construction of information. But in the course of the development of all kinds of technologies within the IT area, many organizations have much higher requirements. On the other hand, with the continuous development of Internet and technologies for both of hardware and software, distribution and being practical have become the main features of all kinds of MIS. How to develop a completely new easy to be enlarged information system are attracting more and more attention from the researchers and developers. With the content Internet technologies development, the trend is to move MIS to Web. The application prospect of MIS under B/S is broader and broader. As the next generation of Internet words, the application of XML is even much broader. The system uses XML technologies in B/S development system. It is a short cut that realizes MIS development system under B/S. The main task of this paper is firstly to do research on XML technologies and the application of module B/S in MIS, secondly, considering the construction of MIS for Vocational Education and Training of Chongqing Educational Commission, to introduce the realization of the technologies in Vocational Education and Training MIS that based on B/S system construction and XML data transformation.
