Through analysing the present situation of the organization logistics work , thisthesis finds out the irregularity and the loophole in the logistics management work.Thinking from the point of the advanced technique, this thesis puts forward thenecessity of developing the logistic information management system to adapt therequest of the high speed development of the modern science and technique. At thesame time ,through investigating and programing again and again , we carry on theviability assessment,and put forward a conclusion that this logistic informationmanagement system has a good fulfillment foundation and theories foundations,andit also has the technique possibility and owns vast applied foreground. Through carrying out this system,the logistic management work oforganization will be more accurate and systemize;It will reduce personal subjectivedecision within logistic management, apply the modern and high-tech means to carryon the analytical decision, carry out the biggest exploitation of the limited resources ,reduce the waste, raise the organization work efficiency, set up the incorrupt image ofthe goverment. The thesis analysis the system functions after explaining the item's source andbackgrounds , then begin the possibility research and the need analysises of the item,further get the system function analysis and the diagram of the function mold.According to the contents of the logistics work and the needs of the request analysis,that system is divided into eight functions mold piece to carry on the design: thegovernment purchase mold piece, the oil management mold piece, the vehiclemanagement mold piece, the warehouse supplies management mold piece, computerconsuming material management mold piece, capital construction managementmold piece, clothing management mold piece and systems management moldpiece. At the same time the thesis made a synopsis introduction of the movementenvironment and the movement terraces of the system .Then it carries on the databasedesign and molds design,through using the SQL Server 2000 and Delphi 7.0, it carriesout the function of the database and each mold piece in a specific way。Finally itcarries on the software test , sums the adjustments in the process and the result intesting the system .In the process,we gradually perfect the system function, and putforward the exist problem in this system, the resolution method and the realize insystem design processThe system adopts the SQL SERVER 2000 to design database, and uses thecurrent excellent develop tool-Delphi 7.0, which has the most vivid databasestructure and good support to the application of the database .The core of this system is to process the information of various supplies.when itcomplete a database operation of the supplies being stored in warehouse or beingcarried out of the warehouse ,the system will complete the modification of thesupplies stock information by itself.The searching function is also one of the core ofthe system.This system not only have the single condition searching fuction but alsohave many conditionses searching fuction .And it also have the precision searchingfunction and misty searching fuction;the system not only have static state conditionsearching fuction but also have the dynamic state condition searching fuction. itspurposes are all for the sake of the convenient for customer to use.The system containthe integrity increase of the customer , the deleting fuction and the modifyingpassword functions , and also have the function of printing.The thesis mainly introducs the development background of this topic, thefunctions to be finished and the process of the developments .
