With the development of the computer and communication technology, education becomes more and more informational. For improving the efficiency of management, many areas made use of education management systems, especial in some schools. The rapid development of education management has brought new shocks and challenges to the us.The difference of developers and development platforms make all the management information system lack unified standards, short in compatibility, normative and interoperability. Coupled with the differences of network platforms, it is very difficult to share information resource among the different schools and various departments. As a result, a series of criterions in education Information management is needed urgently.Education Management Information management is a kind of such criterion, its purpose is to solve the difference of Data Formats and difficult to integrate. This criterion describes a data sharing and integrates Platform by the model of Agent/ZIS without changing legacy systems. tinder such backgrounds, this paper make a study of the ZIS. explores how to solve the problem in data sharing and exchanging among the variable system and database system.In the paper, we discuss three kinds of machanism for exchanging data. By analyzing EMIF and the characteristic of Education Management Information System, a schema of key component named ZIS in the EMIF is built up. After the research of MOM technology and JMS Specification, a method of designing and implementing a MOM system based on JMS Specification has been carried out. XML is used as the message transmission form in this system. Firstly,a design idea about the system architecture and every system service has been given. Secondly, according to the idea, a series of functions and services are implemented in this MOM system, such as point-to-point and publish/subscribe messaging model, persistent message storing, JNDI service based on RMI communication protocol, thread pool, message transmission based on XML form,and the exchanging between initial message and XML message.
