Research And Realization Of SMT Simulation Training System Based On VR Technology

VR(virtual reality)technology can produce more real simulated environment by using the computer,SMT Simulation Training System based on VR technology is to beneficially improve traditional SMT Simulation Training System,which will enable the trainees immersed in,and realize really and directly interaction between trainees and simulation training system effectively.To make SMT Simulation Training System based on VR technology has the better science,usability and real timely,this thesis first deeply studies the development of VR technology,domestic and international research present situation,application states and commonly used VR software.On this basis,to carry on the effective design of SMT Simulation Training System of B/S structure from system level logical organization, system network topology and system functional module and so on.Based on the design proposal,which begins from Silk India simulation module and production workshop module separately,uses 3ds Max to establish the three-dimensional model,and adopts Eon Studio,Virtools as virtual reality technology development platform,the thesis has realized EON-based Silk India craft simulation module and Virtools-based SMT Production Workshop roaming module.At the same time,it also has studied interactive communication between Flash,Director and EON, and has realized configuration and deployment of SMT Simulation Training System under the Web environment.At last,by building up test platform,and testing the system from performance and function compliance.Then it is found that the system has met the function requirements which expected,and has better usability and real timely.
