Development Of 3D Virtual Reality Based On C# And Virtools Technology

With the increasing level of society informatization,Computer Network Engineering becomes more and more important,leading to a continuous and growing demand for network engineers.However,it cannot form a real experimental teaching environment under current network engineering teaching idea with separation experimental facilities of premises distributed system(PDS)from equipment of network engineering.This system realizes an ideal integration of engineering design and construction experimental teaching with virtual reality technology and makes PDS a part of experimental teaching system.It can build up a simulation experiment environment based on virtual technology to experiment comprehensive designs of network engineering,PDS and virtual construction in which students can design and construct in virtual scenes of office building,community and department store.It will raise the efficiency of teaching system as well as the degree of similarity to actual engineering,connect PDS and network engineering experiment and meet needs of different levels of higher education.The system is developed based on C# and Virtools software,the main functions of which are virtual reality display and construction simulation.Virtual reality display includes 3D virtual scene loading and saving,virtual scenes walkthrough and collision detection and scene control.Construction simulation provides experiment training during the construction process for students.In the building of 3D virtual reality,it installs all materials and devices used by network engineering,including workplace subsystem design,horizontal subsystem design,telecommunications subsystem design,devices subsystem design and vertical subsystem design.
