Data Warehouse(DW) and online analytical processing are two of the newest technologies in the database area.It specializes in data analysis,and separates the data analysis environment from transaction environment.In addition,it supplies advanced data analysis methods.At the same time,CRM has been another light spot following ERP in the field of Enterprise IT Construction.It focuses on supplying solution for the management of customer who is the most important resource of enterprise today.DW and CRM have a close relationship,lots of customer relationship management works are based on DW.In a sense,the DW is the soul of customer relationship management.Using the DW,enterprise can analysis and forecast customers' action,so as to formulate an accurate marketing strategy,and find important customers,and also can evaluate market's performance.Communicate through sales and service can improve enterprise's profits.If the enterprise has large amount of customers,it should include DW in customer relationship management system.The paper first researched the theory of CRM in depth,discussed in detail the intension of CRM,its development and the related issues in deploying it.Secondly,the paper studied the Data Warehouse techniques.Based on Data Warehouse,the paper extracted the correlative subject from the typical function of CRM,analyzed and built the related ER maps,extracted customer data by different subject and constructed the data model of the CRM Data Warehouse.In this paper,the main innovation is that CRM system business data as the data source,through cleansing,transforming,and loading into Data Warehouse,and then make the huge amount of data from Data Warehouse into multidimensional data model. At present,in the face of rapid expansion of data and relatively poor information of the situation,the introduction of multi-dimensional data model allows data access become possible,and change the data into information more quickly,and this is also a solid foundation for further knowledge of the data mining.The paper has certain directive meanings for the system researching of CRM,and has some referenced meanings for the application of Data Warehouse techniques.
