Data Warehouse Technology In The Research And Implementation Of Bank Customer Management System

The internationalization of financial industry leads to fierce competition of the domestic banking. The focus of the competition usually concentrates on the customers, especially good clients of 20% who supply profit of 80% among the total. For it is much the same of business service in domestic banking, the market competition is more tense with more risks. The traditional service only can no longer make more profits. In order to increase the validity and decrease the risk of investment, it is necessary to collect information from all circles and compete for good clients with accessible data so as to support science and effectiveness of the marketing decision. This requires banks to adopt the concept of depth of benefit into the management strategy. It's necessary for domestic banking to treat clients as individuals and particularly analyze client information. Besides, analyzing tools and experiences are important to choose specific client groups and satisfy the individuating demands of customers. Last but not least, relationship marketing is important to be executed to emphasize the customer relationship and customer value rather than traditional trading.This thesis divides clients'management on the basis of Data Warehouse and Data Mining Technology so as to design marketing program for each client. In the thesis, the author collects extracts, processes and outputs data of management and client information from personal service system to build personal client information data warehouse. Based on the data warehouse, the author would divide customer scale, customer evaluation, customer attributes and customer used productions by Data Mining Technology.
