The Application And Research Of Data Warehouse In Telecommunications Enterprises

Use of data warehouse (DW), online analytical processing (OLAP), data mining (DM), such as technology, telecommunications business data mass for further processing and organizations to provide the historical development and future trend forecasts, market and financial analysis and business decisions to support the development of the industry are the trend of the times.This Thesis concerns about the situations that shorting of funding, and most of the professional systems are still not very complicated, it builds a useful data warehouse system step by step and starts with simple usages. It also designs various reports that are needed by the enterprises. The arm of system is to set up the uniform data information plat with the advanced data warehouse and data mining, in order to supply valuable information for corporation and to supply scientific support. It will enhance the level of corporation operation.Data warehouse technology applications in the telecommunications field, analysis of operating system play a decisive role in the development, the use of data warehouse managers to make telecom policy-making by the conceptual data into decision-making. I participated in most of the design of this project, focusing on the topic of clients involved in the development and design work.This paper studies the content and results are:(1) data warehouse enterprise applications in the telecommunications background research; (2) data warehouse technology research; (3) Data Warehouse Design and Research; (4) thematic analysis module design and realize. Of data warehouse technology at home and abroad, the use and development of the situation to do the investigation into the data warehouse system in China's enterprise applications in the telecommunications features and lack of a system, the overall demand. Of data warehouse concepts and key technologies for research, design and implementation of follow-up work has laid a theoretical basis. At the design stage, by the data warehouse system architecture diagram, network topology maps and functional structure diagram. Model for data warehouse conceptual model design, logic model design and physical model design. Design results of a data warehouse system theme, centering on the theme of the ETL process design and OLAP analysis and design.Finally the article shows the thematic part of the user function. Realize the B/S architecture user thematic analysis, using intuitive, the image of the broken line graph, pie chart, histogram, three-dimensional graphics and other forms of OLAP server will handle the results displayed to end-users. System test results show that users of the system to achieve the thematic function of target.
