Customer Relationship Management is the most popular enterprise application. More and more enterprises realized the importance of customers.It is indicated by research that if only an enterprise keep 5% of customers,its profits can increase by 100%. Keeping an regular customer is far worthy than striving for a new customer. It' s CRM' s job that how to find regular customers,keep their royalties,predict their action changes and analyze their action ways.We can reach those aims by mining and analyzing the records that are formed through getting in touch with customers. However because different departments did their own jobs and did not pay enough attention to customer mining and analysis,there are kinds of unnormalized and redundant data. So we put forward to building customer Data Warehouse with design method of Data Warehouse and customer analysis need of enterprise on the base of original Database system. This is the goal of the article.The article made some discussions about the application of CRM theory and Data Warehouse technology. As the CRM project does OLAP analysis on the base of Multi-Dimension Database,and MD Database is built on the base of Data Warehouse,we firstly design data models for CRM Data Warehouse,then design MD Databases in the light of OLAP analysis.After building Data Warehouse,a visual data extracting,cleaning and transformation tool(CRM console system) is developed to work for client OLAP analysis.
